For the last few years I have bombarded you all with announcements about the upcoming meeting, lets try something different this year. There is one school of thought that indicates too much time between deadlines just aids and abets procrastination.  This is the first announcement that I am sending out about this meeting.  
 
We have a Great Meeting planned this Summer at a beautiful central location.
 
The hotel is the Hilton Nashville Downtown, Nashville, Tennessee.

All rooms for this meeting are two room suites; living room, bedroom and bath.  The rate is $99.00 plus tax (~14.25 %) the cutoff date for reservations at the meeting rate is Tuesday July 1, 2008. Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 12 noon.
 
Timely Registration for the meeting is BEFORE June 27, 2008 and is $200.00 after June 27, add $25.00.  There will be no refunds if requests are received after July 6th. Registration form is attached. 
 
I have also attached the most current meeting schedule/program that I have.  There are still a few speakers that we are trying to verify, but we are very close.  There will only be changes to speakers/presenters/chairpersons and not the meetings that will be held.  You can use it if you need to provide justification to attend.
