Planning and Facilitating A Productive Meeting Workshop
Designing and
Conducting Better Meetings

meetings seem like meandering road trips with difficult people that
never seem
to reach a destination. This workshop highlights the importance of the
agenda
as your meeting roadmap and the use of facilitation techniques that can
help
everyone enjoy the journey and reach the destination. In this workshop,
participants will learn how to design better agendas and lead better
meetings
by using facilitation techniques during the meeting.

of meeting design

Effectively
Leading Meetings
Collaboration
can be challenging because people approach problems differently and
they think
about problems differently. In addition, people exchange information in
different ways. A meeting can be an explosive mix of divergent thinking
or an
orderly attempt at joint problem solving. This training examines
individual and
group dynamics and offers some techniques to promote effective
collaboration.
This workshop
includes:
•
Understanding your leadership style
• Meeting roles
• Ground rules
• Attention to process
• How to deal with problem people
